We have had our greatest year yet with luncheons, happy hours, and participation from our members & non-members. YAY! So our next event is an educational event, "Self Employed Income Training," in conjunction with NAPMW. It takes place on June 18th at Tenura Home Center, 8300 N. Mopac Suite 100, Austin, Texas 78759 from 9AM - 12:30PM. It is free for members and non-members, but is limited to a maximum of 50 people. Past events like this have filled to capacity, so an RSVP is mandatory. * This event is being offered FREE to the first 50 registrants. Please bring a new toy or pet treats in lieu of an event charge. Donated items will be given to Austin Pet’s Alive Class Description: Learn how to calculate a self-employed borrower's annual income in this webinar, using Fannie Mae's Cash Flow Analysis method. Instructor Bio: Charles Kron is responsible for delivering Genworth's nationwide training programs and developing new classroom and web-based seminar curricula. Previously, Charles served in various training, underwriting and operations capacities at AIG United Guaranty from 2001 to 2006, ultimately attaining the position of Senior Mortgage Industry Trainer. Prior to his work with Genworth and AIG, Charles practiced law. He has retail management experience and has held positions providing instructor, advisor and marketing services. Charles is a credentialed Pre-Licensing and Continuing Education NMLS Instructor. He has a B.A. in Public Affairs from George Washington University and received his Jurist Doctor from Emory School of Law in Atlanta.
